Isle of Wight Cricket Board Development Plan

Each year the board and it's constituted bodies’ come to together to review and update the boards development plan for cricket on the island.
It is important that this plan is not just know to the board members but also communicated to all stakeholder on the island, such as the clubs and council.

A. To be winning county age group competitions
B. Maximise funding streams into Isle of Wight cricket.
C. Broaden the base of recreational cricket and Volunteers on the Isle of Wight.
D. Continue to develop the IWCB and its constituent bodies.
E. Develop the standard of Isle of Wight league Cricket
F. Develop the infrastructure of Isle of Wight Cricket to exceed ECB’s minimum standards.
